Final Manuscript Guidelines

All final submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of four (4) printed pages. Final papers submission will be done online, via EDAS.

Below are the guidelines for preparing your final manuscripts.

1. Please revise your manuscript carefully according to the comments of the reviewers.

2. Prepare your final paper using the available template. (https://rfm2018.apmttemc.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/rfm2018_ManuscriptTemplate_max4pages.doc). The paper should not contain page numbers or any special headers or footers. Strictly follow the manusript preparation guidelines stated in the given templates.

3. Check that the names of all authors and their order is identical in the EDAS submission system. They MUST BE identical and in the same order. This is very important because we will be using the information provided in EDAS to generate the final conference program and the table of contents for the proceeding.

4. Create an IEEE-Xplore compliant PDF version of your manuscript, using the IEEE PDF express site (recommended). IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs.
*Important: The IEEE PDF express is strictly a conversion tool that provide conversion service only. After successful conversions, you must upload your manuscript online, through EDAS.
